Propcom+ RRCA (Rapid Response & Course Adjustment) Tool is a practical tool to help teams sharpen intervention logic using the programme’s own documents. It organises programme and intervention files, builds a searchable evidence index, and generates defensible review packs in minutes.

For any selected intervention, the tool produces an Evidence Pack, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Political Economy Pack, and a 30/60/90-day CAPA adjustment brief. Every non-trivial claim is tied to cited excerpts, with clear flags where assumptions need validation.

Users can add or update interventions, upload supporting PDFs, and rebuild the index when documents change.

A single “Run All” workflow executes retrieval, drafting, QA checks, and a polished Word synthesis report so teams can move from evidence to action with confidence. The result is faster, more consistent decision-making grounded in what Propcom+ already knows and has written.
